Inspection & Fitting Upon Delivery

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your order, which is why we offer the option to inspect and try on your item upon delivery in the presence of our delivery representative.

• You have the right to inspect and try on the item immediately upon delivery.

• If the item does not meet your expectations in terms of size or appearance, you may refuse it on the spot, before the representative leaves.

Delivery Fee

• A fixed delivery fee of 5,000 IQD applies within our designated delivery zones.

• Please note: the delivery fee is non-refundable and will be charged even if the item is refused after inspection. This covers both transportation and the representative service provided.
